About Us

After publishing my first book, The Disruption Formula—which focused on how to radically improve one part of the customer experience to create industry-changing growth—I planned to follow it up with something more tactical. A hands-on guide for everyday business owners trying to fix or improve the business they already have.

But as I started outlining that second book, I noticed something strange. My table of contents didn’t look like one book—it looked like fifty. Specifically, it looked like the best ideas from fifty different business books I’d read, used, and recommended over the years.

That’s when the concept for this book took shape.

Rather than write yet another book for business owners, I decided to create a curated shortcut through all the others. A tool to help you figure out which business book will actually move the needle for your company right now. Whether you’re dealing with cash flow issues, flatlined sales, team dysfunction, or unclear strategy—the right book already exists. You just need help finding it.

Now, yes—I’m fully aware of the irony here. You had to buy a book… to figure out what book to buy next. I get it. But there are so many business books out there (and so few worth finishing), I still think that’s a smart move on your part.

Also—since it’s my book, I went ahead and included my other book in here right alongside the classics. It hasn’t reached “great” status yet, but hey, if the author’s not allowed a little favoritism, what’s the point of writing your own book?

You can skim this in a weekend. Each chapter gives you a concise summary of a top-tier business book focused on solving a specific problem. You’ll get the core concept, a quick overview of the framework, and insight into when and why to use it. This isn’t a replacement for great books—it’s a map to make sure you’re reading the right one at the right time.

If you’re picking this up, you’re probably not starting a business from scratch. You’re trying to fix, grow, or overhaul one that already exists. You don’t need motivation—you need direction.

Let’s find the right book for your business.
